The clunk when shifting is almost definitely the front diff bushes.
Easy to see it move if you get a helper to shift while you look under the car.
Worth checking even if you replaced them recently because some can crap-out really quickly.
I haven't noticed a clunk into 1st due to the diff bushes, but can imagine it happening if they're real bad.
Not sure how to narrow the squeek down though... coil isolator or ball joint probably higher on the list.
