So we finally made it to the whale shark tour, and all i can say was it was awesome!!!

The day started with a snorkle to get used to the gear and i assume to assess everyone's snorkeling prowess. We were in about 5-7m around some coral and watched a rainbow of colourful marine life inc grey reef sharks; it was insane.

We were only on the boat for about 20 minutes when two humpback whales decided to say hi. We watched them for a while then off to swim with a whale shark. We were lucky enough to swim with a 6 meter Whale shark four times. Such a magnificent animal and absolutely amazing experience.

On the way back we also spotted dolphins, tiger sharks, turtles and 3 more humpbacks and the guys and gals from Coral Bay Eco tours made us feel like family

Sorry no easy access photos of the whale shark and underwater stuff as im on the phone. Will post these photos when i return home
