Can’t you machine them at least once and replace next time?
Also remember reading that the only reason the caliper/disc was changed for the Jet was to use common parts found on newer CDJ models, therefore by rights the disc should be easily obtained if you can find out what other vehicles it was common with.
You may need to do some measuring and research - check lostjeeps too.
