I think you’ve nailed it. There aren’t many people who’ll spend $50-80k on a vehicle without the expectation they should just be able to put fuel in it, service it, and drive it for 5+ years without too much hassle. I think that’s why 80% of their buyers have ‘moved on’ in the past 5 years...
