I am running the same as xdefender (Brite LED Tech) for 6 months now, assembled in Melbourne, USA Cree's, IP68 rated, Polycarbonate lens & a 5year warranty.
So far I can't fault the quality of these lights, even though they are only 3watt cree's there ability to flood an area with light is brilliant.
For someone with a limited budget or you are prone to smashing lights you could do worse then these.
