Default New Wrangler ?

I'm sure a few of you have came across these photos . Could this be we're Jeep are heading towards for the next generation Wrangler ? At first I wasn't a fan but the more I look at the more I like it . Google Jeep rescue concept to see more .

I've not seen them before but I'm guessing they are old concept images, not new. There are more than a few styling cues taken form the KK Cherokee (square corners on the front grill, headlights, ....) and the KK is now on it's way out.

The wrap around glass at the back is also a little "landcruiser 76 series" (be that good or bad) but it would make the hard top a lot heavier. Having said that, from the image it looks like a solid roof, not a removable hard top.

Don't dislike it though. Looks quite well balance and purposeful.

Wont be a new wrangler, it would kill the sales to drop the soft top.

To be honest I like it. I wish they offered a Wrangler hard top aswell. I like the wrangler styling but the soft top makes it tough for touring. Plus the JKU is ugly as sin. The soft top doesnt work on a long whelbase as far as styling goes IMO. The shortie however is devine
