Default New TJM Snorkel for JK

All, thought I would share this with you all. Coming soon, TJM will release a snorkel suitable for the JK Wrangler - both Petrol and CRD. They have an impressive design they have spent some time on, to ensure a quality snorkel with both engines in mind. There is no need to remove or change internal components in the engine bay with this - the JK was laser scanned to design a snorkel that fits in the engine bay perfectly without modification!

The below pics are that of the prototype, the proper plastic moulded snorkel will follow in a few weeks, then available to the public several weeks after (approximately 8 weeks from today).

If I don't have all the answers, happy to get them for you, or the appropriate people to respond to this thread.

Couple things to note. Although I don't have bushwacker flares yet (I will in future), this snorkel is compatible and does not require any cutting of the flares. This is not the final product (albeit very close to it), only a prototype, so there may be some slight changes to it when we are finished with R&D process.

Sorry for the poor quality photos, was raining this morning when I took them.

That should keep the traditionalists happy. I like it. Tried and proven design adapted to a new vehicle.

Me neither, it looks like a lighthouse on the Jeep, but thats my opinion - to each their own. I like this one as it looks the part, does the job, and less hassles (no modifications to the engine bay/air intake/flares).
