Default Factory ATF Breather

Hey Guys,

Was wanting to check the factory breather to see if it's blocked as my dipstick keeps popping out. Some say it's the heat, so to eliminate that i'm going to get a transmission cooler today and some new fluid as well..

Does anybody know where it is located?

Cheers Mick

Get under & behind the driver side wheel & look backwards/up above the 1st catalytic converter. You may see the vent heading up toward the firewall.
You may need to reach up & feel, the breather is easily disconnected at the nipple just make sure the exhaust is cool

It may be over-filled too.

Get it hot (to operating temperature), shift the transmission through its gears a few times, leaving it in Neutral with the engine running then check the fluid level.
