I have asked my nearest Jeep dealer for some parts and they were somewhat reasonable compared to most Jeep dealers. However, I knew I could have got these parts for half the price from Moparpartsoverstock.

I can measure all the ports, as I have two extra overflow tanks. One cracked, one with a stuck level float.
AFAIK the same tank was used even from 1999, on the 3.1 diesel, up to 2005. The tank I have now is from a 3.1 diesel.
The cap is available from the dealer cheap. I never checked for a new overflow tank.
