At 3.5" extended brake lines are not necessary. Higher lift, yes in the front only. Rear adjustable upper control arms and SYE, possibly but every Jeep is different. I have not messed with my factory steering dampner set-up, shouldn't be a problem at this height.
Tyres and diff gearing is a separate issue. Tyres you would definitely need to look proportionate
Diff ratios are also important, but for the time being you can live with what you have as long as you don't go 35" tyres (thats a whole different can of worms).
