Default Wk Grand Cherokee Overland - coming with wrong wood interior! Anyone?

Hi - all!

I was excited to hear that my new Grand Cherokee Overland had finally arrived but massively disappointed to find it has arrived without the Black Olive wood (and with Cherry instead which I'm not exactly a fan of!!). Not sure if having them get the right trim in would be good (i.e. will it rattle or fall of later), any thoughts or opinions gratefully received!!

Anyway - other half hates the wood so mulling over it!! Anyway - looking online all the Australian Overlands seem to have arrived like that.

Anyone else in the same boat!?

Thanks.

I'm not a fan of the cherry wood either. When did you place your order? I ordered mine early march and still haven't heard anything

It is official, spoke to the Chrysler rep today.
A directive should have been sent to all the dealers.
No black ash for Oz Overlands due to supply shortage.

I think we need to protest.
I told the rep I would reject the jeep if it comes with cherry.
If we all threaten to walk away maybe Chrysler will stop bullying us.
But it will only happen if we all stick together.
