Ryno, here is my opinion. I would have a few concerns:
It has steel wheels and big heavy tyres, which means the ball joints and bushings are probably shot. It looks like it has a 2" lift as well. All of this means it has probably been pushed hard off road, i would suggest you check all the suspension components, start with the upper rear boomerang ball joint, and the rear lower control arm bushings. The 2005 models are known to have EGR valve issues, they used an electric EGR valve that year, but went back to vacuum valve the year after. With over 200,000kms you had better have access to a full service history, and in particular, regukar oil changes, and the timing belt change at the recommended interval of 100,000kms. That KJ should be due for a second timing belt change, and the water pump should be changed at 200,000kms if not before. That is expensive service if your paying someone, figure $2k with the parts inc water pump. If you can do it yourself, not recommended as you don't know these engines. Log book stamps don't tell you anything, you should look at the receipts that state what was done. If they cannot prove a timing belt change has been done at 100,000kms or before, and again prior to sale -walk away.
Everything about that KJ says "walk away". Look for one owned by an old couple to tow a small van now and then, it will probably be well looked after. And if possible avoid 2005s, the 2006 and 2007 models are more reliable, and have traction control.
I would not put a young family into a very questionable 2005 model. BTW if you put a fridge in the back you will need a cargo barrier and good tie downs, to protect those kids. The stock tie downs in the back are nylon, not sure they would stop a fridge in an accident. Just thinking of your family safety and the vehicles potential for problems.
