Check out my Ride(s)
Default WH headlights

I was thinking of putting in higher wattage high beam globes, but after a closer look discovered that these lights use a special globe. Is this exclusive to the WH Jeep headlight and is there a higher watt globe available? It also looks like a PIA to get them out, you must have to remove the headlight assembly, not as easy as the WG model.

Dont know if this will help you.
After putting in your make and year it tells you what globes are available

Just to continue it seems you do have to pull out the whole headlight unit to replace globes ( from the manual ) and export models have a h11 globe for low beam.
I bought smoked hid headlights for mine but havnt put them in yet. we have a lot of trucks on our roads and when i get a busted light i will swap them in, already had a broken headlight protector and chips in paint and windscreen etc

Uncommon yes.....but not really exclusive to the WH.

I put HID globes in the high beams of mine...a huge improvement.

Pic taken with only one changed to compare the difference.

You can change the globes with the headlamps still in the car by removing the little plastic panels above each headlamp.....but it is easier to take out the battery when doing the passengers side.

Is that your P76 in the pic, I remember years & years ago when I was about 18 or so going to Winterbottoms in Perth who were the main Leyland dealer with my dad & seeing a Force 7, the hatchnack version, such a shame it never reached production, it was a stunning looking car

Sorry to get off track.

Cheers

Yes...I have one or two.

But don't tell anyone, people already think I'm weird for driving a Jeep and not a Toymota or a Nissan.
