Narly,
Mine went a year or so ago & found a mobile guy here in Melbouren who came to my home on a Saturday morning & replaced them on-site at a reasonable cost. Can't remember the exact amount but it didn't shock me as normal Jeep parts do.

I had to replace the Bonnet struts also on my 03 Model a few weeks ago, got them new off ebay, cheap, easy removal and fit, and works well now.

Its been on my list of things to do for 2 years,but because my phone antenna is the right length i just bend it over as a prop
