Default Lock pic q's....?

I just received my new my gig "lockpic" it's the latest generation version (CHR550). Was going through the Install as per the instructions and the first thing I notice was I didn't have any WHITE connector in the back of my my gig. You're supposed to disconnect both the GREY and WHITE connectors from the back of your my gig and connect them to your lock pic (basically bridging them through the lock pic). GREY was there but no WHITE??

Is this normal for the Australian version of the my gig? Thought that the WHITE connector might be just on the American version of the my gig.

Secondly - I can't get the I-pod/I-phone interface to work is there something I am missing? Or is it that the missing WHITE connector holds the key to this??!!

I know these are fairly specific questions but I'm wondering if anyone in OZ has done the install and has any info.

Thanks in advance guys!

I have the older lockpick V3 but the connections are the same (minus the iPod). The white connector is for the VES (Vehical Entertainment System) not offered in a Wrangler out here. Your Lockpick should have come with a seperate harness with a white plug & socket. One end goes into the Mygig and the other goes into nothing, since the car was not wired for VES. The seperate RCA plugs replace what the VES cable did, put in a camera, mediaplayer etc.

Cool. I thought that was the case.

Next problem is none of the menus come up. The DVD unblock works but none of the other menus come up. Not sure what to do?! Might see if there's an update to software. Coastal tech won't help cause we're in oz. (Sux) hhmmm....?!
