Default WH Coilover lift kit??

Hi all,

I was carrying out some more WH research today and came across this product in the US.

http://jeepinbyal.com/prod-4_inch_li..._2010-759.aspx

Has any AUS forum member fitted this type of kit before. I definately like the sound of it especially the variable rate spring adjustment that you can pre load as your cars weight increases due to accessories.

I have fitted coil over kits to other toys in the past but they were usually confimed to the track not off road.

Any feedback you all could give will be greatly appreciated as always

Thanks

I dont know of anyone down here running one, and i only know of 1 fella in the states using it, but there must be more over there.

This lift puts a lot of strain on the CV's and the Tie rods, and is damn expensive as well.

For that price you can get a proper Superlift at a real 4" with change to spare.

Check out a user named Jager00 on JeepForum, he runs this lift.

Thanks Dave

I will check it out. I have looked at the Superlift as a potential option or even the CRDSTU option that I believe you run. At least that way I can help support another passionate Jeep owner.

Might have to give him a call to discuss the local options as well.

Yep I run Stus lift. Soon to be a Superlift with an extra 2" on top .

Stus lift will give 3" over stock if you don't have all the steel bits like I do! Mines been messed with a bit from the original kit. He does Superlifts as well.

Either way ones shes lifted its fun time!

Planning on much the same Dave. Decent winch bar (sahara style), snorkel, DB's, Long range tank and maybe rear steel integrated tow/rear bar with swing away mount for spare.

I like the sound of a 4 inch lift plus a bit on top

Sounds like I need to call Stu to see what he has got.
