heh.... yeah first time ya look at it ya think "sheesh what a PITA", easy though.
*Drop plastic cover underneath, dont break the plastic clips.
*Remove intercooler elbow (resinator, black looking who har on front of engine) retaining bolts (star I think) using a 1/4 drive with long extension for the top one, short extension for the bottom one.
*Remove retain clip at top of elbow, pull towards you.
*Slide across bottom elbow retaining clip.
*pull lower intercooler hose off elbow.
*Remove elbow and hold your face right and you can remove it from underneath and while its out give it a clean.
*Take note how the belt routes (yes draw a mad map of it, you will forget).
*Take tension off belt and remove.
*Put on new belt, Dayco from Veales is cheap and work fine.
*Reverse above.
Thats all from memory, so its a point you in the right direction thing.
