Default Steering wobble

Gday, just put a new steering damper on the car, worked nicely for a day and now im getting a wobble through the wheel, everything seems to be nice and tight. car has 2.5 inch lift and 35s.It didnt have as bad a wobble before with the old damper, or for the first day with the new damper, then over night with no change it has started to vibrate. What should I be checking.
thanks guys

The car has done 12000 kms, and I have gone over all the bolts on the steering and suspension.

Could you have thrown a wheel weight off?

Is it a vibration, shimmy or a DW?

I thought the wheel weight to start with, but they are stick ons, and they are all there. Not sure on the differences but if driving in a straight line the wheel will move from left to right and back etc, quite rapidly. moves about 10mm either way.

Sounds like shimmy too me. Point to check are steering arm bolts all torqued to 125ft/lbs, check for movement in front track bar bushes, and ball joints on tie rod and drag link (need 2 people for this) and check for any movement in your lower control arm bushes as well by rocking wheel back and forth. Would also jack up front wheels and check for any lateral movement which could indicate worn upper/lower ball joints.
I find typical candidates are track bar movement and lower control arm movement
