3 speed autos have 3.07s stock
(I think it's the 4 speed autos that got the 3.73s)

How big are Q78s? (35s???)
If you are still running 3.07s, I'd expect you would be 'pedal to the metal' just to keep going when punching a head wind at highway speed or a hill at highway speed with a lot of down-shifting happening.

Q78 are approx 35.5x10.5.
The reason it "goes so well" is cause everything mentioned so far is onroad at highway speed.
The diffs would be geared 3.07 from the factory, with the 3speed box and no overdrive cause it will feel strong.
What's it like off the line. Bet it's a dog.
What's it like in low range down hill. Bet it tried to run away.
