Default JK: 2012 3.5" lift & 35's

Hey guys, was on here many years ago with a pretty heavily modified TJ. got rid of it and went to toyota for many years and had some great cars. Anyway wanted to get something a little more capable again for the weekend trails and a mate just sold me his 2012 JK auto 3.6L penstar 4 door.

Accessories the truck has

35" Federal Couragia M/T's
3.5" AEV suspension lift with all castor correction fitted and bilstein shocks (drives better than new even as a daily)
AEV Pintler 2 rims
Front ARB steel winch bar
Rear ARB steel bar and tyre carrier
Rhino pioneer backbone system and platform rack with side rails and shovel/jack holder + max tax holders
92AH AGM under passenger seat with projecta 100amp isolator and MPPT solar regulator in the back
TJM Rock Sliders
50" curved light bar on windscreen mount
22" light bar on bullbar
4 x cree spot lights next to windscreen
GME TX3540 UHF with buttons on hand held

Good to be back, see you all on the tracks.

So it didn't stay stock for long. I installed TJM rock sliders, man they are good quality. will put some better pics of them up soon. Also on the weekend I removed the smaller lightbar off the prado bullbar and put it on this bullbar and hooked it up to the high beams. I then installed the 50" curved lightbar on the roof and pillar lights and rigged them all up to one switch.

Yes I am scared of the dark. Some serious light output! I love the pillar lights on the jeeps, had them on my old TJ Wrangler many years ago, however the double pillar lights look even better!

Also put 508AAD plates I've had in the shed for years off an old WRX I had many moons ago. Prado could never pull the plates off but I think the Jeep can.

Next I need to buy and install a UHF and sort out a roof rack. Was going to take the UHF out of the prado but want one with the buttons on the mic piece, not as much room in the jeep. Once I put the rhino platform rack up I will be putting camp lights on it as well to make camping easier.

Ok as promised platform rack on, foxwing installed, shovel and hi lift holder on drivers side, rear roller also which is great and will be awesome for loading kayaks.

GME TX3340 installed and 6.6db Black GME aerial installed, also installed my rear view camera with rear view mirror screen which works a treat.

Had a great weekend camping at Gordon Country with some mates. Both wranglers and the FJ did very well. All running 35's which helped. very muddy up there on the weekend and some sketchy tracks and moments. Wrangler was unreal off road was trying to find the limit but it just kept walking up everything. Loving it so far. Got down to -1 on sat night/sunday morning so big fire and plenty to drink which is the best way to camp!

Awesome JK mate! Where did you get the reversing camera from and how much did it cost you if you don't mind me asking?
