Those rails look great, couldn't find any Jeep stuff on his website but maybe I was impatient.

Maybe not 100kg, but I do suspect an easy increase over the factory rails. Like you say are the manufacturer's limits based on their rails or the roof itself - who knows? I'd consider pulling the interior panels and drop the headlining to fab up extra internal support bracing if possible.

Will do, I'll be chasing up tomorrow.
The 1550mm long rack looks the part and their intention with that length is to not have unsupported weight too far forward of the front supports, but I need a little more space to mount a solar panel which of course is not heavy and will prevent weight being placed at the front.
