Wink Filling problems jk crd

Hi all,if having trouble filling, frothed up,can't fill, remove rear tail light closest to fuel filler cap,you will see small black filter, which has a hose which connects to main filler hose, replace with genuine filter, only $14.00from Jeep, has something to do with vapours,Jeep knew nothing about problem when I spoke to them or local jeep service centre,I think that over filling creates problem,my Jeep was easy to fill after replacing filter,Good luck and happy Jeeping.

If you do a basic WWW search on JK Diesel slow fill you'd find about eleventy million posts... some with solutions.

Jeep "never heard of it".... your dealer is either dumb as dogshit or just playing you for a fool. Of course both is possible.

My local dealer played dumb on this and then proceeded to try sell me every hose between the fuel tank and Pluto...even doubled up on the filter because it was in the kit (the kit that doesn't exist because there isn't a problem!)... weird thing was I had taken the filter off altogether and it didn't fix the problem, wasn't until I replaced the two breather pipes and put the filter back on that it fixed it which makes me think my problem was blocked breather pipe, now it lets it fill too quick and beats the auto shutoff...sigh.
