Default 99 XJ Cherokee

Asking Price: $5,500
Make: Jeep
Model: Cherokee Sport
Year: 1999
Condition: Good
Odometer KM: 262,000
Rego State: Dandenongs, Victoria

No large dints, only minor ones and scratches otherwise the body is straight. Engine does have some oil leaks. Transmission has some leaks. Stroker engine has heaps of power although has a power loss issue above 4000RPM. This can be resolved with piggy back controller (included). Steering has some issues, perhaps power steering pump has gone. Overall, in relatively good condition for a 99 inside and out. No roadworthy or Rego.

4.6L stroker motor (imported from USA) has done approx 40K
Larger injectors
Piggy back ECU controller (with software)

Suspension:
Approx. 4.5” lift
Front drop brackets for control arms
Adjustable upper and lower control arms
Shackle relocation bracket for leaf springs
Lifted springs and large coil isolator
JKS sway bar disconnects
Rear disc brake conversion

Wheels and Tyres:
32 x 11.5 Maxxis Razar tyres, about 80% tread
American Racing “Nitro” rims (4 only)

Steering:
Steering box strengthening bracket
Heavy duty tie rod
Steering drop arm

Body:
Bushwacker flat fender flares
Warrior front bumper
Tow bar

Transmission:
Transmission cooler (with fan)
Transmission control unit (allows you to select gear you want)

Interior:
Kenwood head unit with iPod input
Leather wrapped steering wheel, aftermarket

Other parts available
Hack and Tap drive shaft kit, no drive shaft
Another set of adjustable control arms
Two new Timken wheel hubs/bearings
Original motor (piston 6 skirt broken)
Haynes Manual and print out of full parts list
Original steering box
Original steel wheels without tires except spare (one rim is buckled)
Will include engine hoist and engine stand

Looks good , any more pics ? Of fancy transmission controller , under bonnet ? Etc

Are diffs stock ? Ratios , locks etc ?

Diffs are stock 30 and 35c and no lockers, never had any issues with them.

Transmission controller sits behind the dash with a switch to select 1 or 2 instead of the standard AW4 transmissions 2-1. It is from Montana Fabrication in the US.

Will aim to post some more pics soon.

Has been a great car just time to move on , will miss it..

Golen engine services, it is their complete 4.6L stroker kit.
