Default Front seat of Laredo collapsing

Have any of you had an issue with the outside(right hand) side of the seat base of the drivers seat starting to collapse? Mine is and it also makes some odd clicking sounds. Any ideas for all you knowlegable Jeep drivers.

Sounds like you've broken the internal frame of the seat, all your weight will be on that section getting in and out, the clicking sound may be the broken ends hitting together.

First make sure it's actually internal ie not the under carrige or slide section of the seat, if it is internal undo the clips on the bottom cover and take it off, see if you can find out what's broken you may also need to remove the foam base. If it's the frame you'll need to weld it up.
