WJ CRD High Pressure Pump
My high pressure pump started to leak recently due to slightly shagged orings, apparently it is a common problem.
I bought a kit from my local Bosch diesel service centre for the grand price of $33. If you are interested the part number is F 01M 101 455 for the pump part number 0445 101 019.
It wasn't a hard job but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who isn't confident in their skills pulling apart a component with a lot of tiny bits and bobs.
The offending orings are located on the high pressure side outlet of the three pumps. They seal the joiner that sits between the main body and the cap. The cap is the rectangular. The trick part is you need to pull each joiner out to ensure you get all of the orings. There is a conical shaped metal component that sits in the cap, this is the one component that can be a little tricky to find.
