Default JK Trackbar 101

Trackback 101
Ok so not my strong suit as until I got my JK and joined this forum I was totally oblivious to the finer aspects of suspension.
So I have a couple of questions but first the state of play.
I have an 07 petrol 4 door with

185/16/75s
2 inch Mopar springs
1 Inch spring spacer (replaces sag)
RS9000s with 1 inch extenders
DBOR PPM Steering relocation bracket

I’m not happy with how soft the RS900s are so I was looking at alternatives (Another story another thread please)
I noticed when looking at my front shocks I could easily fit my fingers behind the shock and in front of the shock shield on the RHS, however on the left I could not fit my fingers into the gap. To my understanding this means the diff is moved over to the right by a centimetre or so.
I understand the reasoning is the lift has raised the chassis end of the track bars and this forces the diff over to compensate.
In terms of a simple fix

A do I need to bother and if so what will it do for me
B do I need to do back and front
C If I do is a bracket ok for this or do I really need to replace the whole bar

Sorry if this is obvious to some but with all the gear on the market I’m just not sure

Cheers

DS

You can do either or on all questions.
I preferred to do new bars (front and rear) mainly if changes take place I can adjust and they are generally a lot stronger than the originals track bars (panhards).
Yes I do believe the ride is better and you will start to damage the shock on the left especially at full droop if you have not done so already.
You also need to understand that your prop shafts are not where they are supposed be either and will wear faster.

Personally, I went with an adjustable front track bar to recentre the diff, and a lifting bracket on the rear and kept the original rear track bar (also recentres the rear diff). My personal choice for the rear bracket was the Teraflex one, as it bolted to the original mount, the axle and the lower control arm bolt. Nice and secure and 100% bolt on - that was my reasoning. There are plenty of others and pretty much all are nice and strong too.

Front I went with the Poly Performance adjustable track bar from DBOR, as well as the steering damper replacement bracket.

first of all get bigger tyres!

i would personally just go the bracket as i think this is a better way of doing it than adjustable panhard as gets geometry back to parallel.

With that lift i would probably not bother unless you are finding your shocks fouling on the chassis rail

Cant do a bracket for the front though with only 2in lift, as to put the bracket on the front end needs a drag link flip to keep the track bar and drag link parallel, and the front track bar bracket needs 3in bump stop extensions so it clears the chassis.

That was why I ended up with adjustable trackbar on the front and bracket on the rear.

Ok So 285 not 185s Typo
Based on info so far I should be ok with brackets as I'm not going to alter the height of the current lift anyway.
I currently have the DBOR steering damper relocation bracket so I need something that keeps the stabilizer in the same spot.
Thanks for feedback so far
Cheers

Just read through the Trackbar (nemesis) thread... So I'm now thinking Front Track bar and rear track bracket. I do a lot of tracks around Collie ( mud rock shale ruts etc)
Happy to get feedback from DBOR on this to see if I'm on the right track so to speak.
