Default Flooded Jk Wrangler - any suggestions?

Just bought myself a fresh water flooded Wrangler , looks like its only got to the engine and not inside of the car. I want to get any suggestions or advice what I should do before I put a charged battery in it and turn that key, had a few suggestions already :

wash the engine bay with pressure washer as its all muddy

disconnect all plugs , let dry and spray contact cleaner

clean out air filter , piping etc

any other ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. I will upload a few pics if it helps to give you an idea of what im dealing with.

Dont pressure wash it just yet. Get it running first!! You want it as dry as possible to start.
If the air filter is all wet, you will need to take the plugs out & turn it over a bit to get any water out of the cylinders.
If the oil is at all milky, you will need to change it before trying to start it.
You will need to change all fluids before you use it.
Best wipe clean all spark plug leads etc before trying to start it.
Good Luck ~ I have drowned a few petrol engines in my time. Once they have been dried out they are normally ok.

Change the oil, take all the plugs out, put new air filter in or just leave it out make sure air box is clean. Then try turn it over with the plugs out if any water in the cylinder should get blown out
Make sure the fuel has no water in it as well
Then if no water comes out of the cylinder's put the spark plugs in and try to start it .. See how it goes

Layback40 you beat me to it

Its a Petrol V6
I would dump the oil out of Engine gear box diffs and replace with clean new oil, Also take the spark plugs out and ensure there is no water in the motor. Same for the intake manifold intake pipe back to the air cleaner.
You may wish to use some upper cylinder lubricant before winding the motor over by hand/with starter with spark plugs out to see what comes out as it winds over.
I would also unplug and clean and light spray each electrical connection with CRC or similar (remember light spray even if you lightly wipe them then reseat them) this will assist in less corrosion of plugs and ensure no water contamination. You can go on an on to the point you pull apart clean and reassemble each component of the vehicle.
Also ensure no water in fuel tank.

You could also change diff oils and place in a Hemi with new gearbox and transfer case

Depending on depth of flooding you will need to drop the old fuel....
