LED bar for the JKU, maximum watts?
Greetings and salutations, sorry for the potentially silly question, but when looking at a prospective 50" LED bar to buy, do I have to be mindful of the claimed watt output (on a stock battery / alternator setup)? Some of the new bars are pushing a claimed 500W. Want to make sure I am not going to be blowing a fuse any time I turn it on.
Thanks in advance.

How much of that would be used by aircon, normal lights, stereo etc? I'm guessing less than 1000?

Headlights 100w each, tail brake indicators 100w, AC fan about 400w, radio about 100w, so even if you had everything flat out at the same time still got plenty to run Ecu fuel injection etc

You'll rarely run everything at once for more than a few mins at a time and the light bar will be on and off at least I can never run high beam for long with out oncoming traffic
