Default Waiting for 2013 rubicon....

So for those who havnt seen my previous rantings I ordered my rubicon nearly 2 months ago (not expecting till early next year).

Was told it would be a 2013 (would be pretty disappointed with anything else since it won't be here till then anyway) which was great until now they have started building MY2013s now and from what I can find it has quite a few different things and options from the 2012 which was the options we had to choose from due to the specs not being released yet.
For example we ordered Bright Silver for the colour and from what I can tell that is no longer available as well as we got the uconnect radio and in dash gps etc etc....

I guess the point I'm trying to make is will the dealer screw it up? Kinda looking for other peoples opinions as I have very little confidence in the jeep dealer Qnetwork. Perhaps people who ordered a 2012 during 2011 would have similar experiances??

Just looking for some reassurance as its causing me much stress since if they mess it up and miss something out I order I'm gonna be pretty upset as its a lot of $$ and a very long wait for a replacement.

I ordered a 2010 rubicon and got a 2011 for the same price with the runout options & price.

Screw ups aren't always bad, they go both ways.

If you're ordering an MY13 and an MY13 has different spec/options from an MY12 then I'd be incredibly nervous ordering without seeing the MY13 specs/options sheets. I took the easy option and just picked from what was available but plenty of guys have had issues with the Jeep supplying their car without the options they wanted......there was a guy only last week who'd ordered the side airbags but when the car arrived it didn't have them. I don't see how it is even possible for the dealer to actually deliver the car you've ordered if you've ordered a silver MY13 and you're now saying that silver isn't available on the MY13's. I'd be down to the dealers first thing in the morning to sort out what was actually ordered, find out whether or not it's an MY12 or an MY13, and if it's an MY13, find out what options you can have. I have no doubt the dealer will not know the answers to any of that and it will take him weeks to find out but if you don't ask then you'll not know until it's too late and you might not like what you get when it arrives. At least if you ask now (and document what they tell you.....or even better, get them to document it) and they still screw up then you've something to fall back on if you don't like the car they deliver to you.

Yeah that billet silver looks like it would b great but obviously havnt seen any in the flesh. Will go for that I rekon if the option ever comes haha.

It's hard to tell from looking at the US forums etc as they have so many different packages and options to what we get as in we get duel tops etc as std on rubicons where its an option for them but they get suff that we don't.

I'm pretty sure Im worrying about nothing but it's always the little things that matter the most, but then again I did order a car with no idea what I was ordering.
