Default Int rough idle

hi all,
after searching forums i can't find an answer to my issue
...2.8 crd diesel with cel light coming on int
now staying on.
1.cleaned maf sensor
2.checked all hoses ..ok
3no fuel leak at filter housing.
have a question with this housing,the primer is always soft and there alays seems to be air in the housing (have bled it 3 times)
now she i drive it has a rough idle after driving for about 10 mins..this rough idle was very infrequent but now is constant...

It could just need to be tightened up. When was the fuel filter last changed? I'd be tempted to pull the filter and check it - if its black inside you have tank bugs and will need to clean it out, at very least replace the filter. Another possibilty is water in the fuel but you should get a code for that and the sensor light. Do you have access to a scanner to check the code causing the CEL? Could even be a crank sensor going.

fairly new filter...i thought it might be a faulty housing sucking in air?
don't have access to scanner,had it done once and all they said was misfire number 3..possibly injectors @ 3 grand and then recheck..
don't think i want to guess at this...
running vortex diesel....drives great but just rough idle..shakes badly

Where are you located? If anyone with a scanner is nearby you could probably get it checked. There is always your lcal auto electrician they usually have a scanner.
