Default 4wd Supacentre Rear Drawers in a WH

Hi All, there is a similar thread for WK's and I've seen this done with a WK before but I am wondering if anyone has fitted single or double drawers from 4wd supacentre into their WH?

I am considering a single drawer such as the one below as I doubt my 40L Waeco will fit if I were to get a double set with a fridge slide. If anyone has managed this please show me a pic!

I've been thinking the same thing in my WK2, however, BCF have a single XTM drawer for sale with a slide out drawer and fridge slide for 299 if your a member.

I fitted one, had to remove the handle and shorten the top lid by 2" but it worked a treat when we crossed the Simpson.

Don't mind the fridge slide, it was to small for my new fridge as my old 40L Ironman one died and the Aldi fridge had a wider base but we do what we need too

I bolted it directly to the factory false floor, sat the draw in, marked where I wanted it, removed the floor, bolted the draw to it and refitted the floor back in.

I'm gonna go and check that one out tomorrow, it seems all of the local stores have them in stock

How'd the rig go across the Simmo mate? Is yours petrol or diesel?
I'm looking at doing it in the September school holidays, can't wait

Trip itself was fantastic'
Diesel - averaged 19L across the Simmo.
After the trip I had to change lower ball joints and a tie rod but they were over 150,000km old (tie rod 250,000)
No repairs need while away.

Let tyre pressures down to 18/20psi cold (went to 22/24 hot) for the corrugations and my speed was smoothest at 80k.

Well, I bought one of the XTM drawers from BCF, it's fairly decent, very solid. Test fitting it in the WK2 and shes a good fit, my food and spares tubs I take camping fit perfectly on the side of it, with the Engel on top it just scrapes in, however I had to remove the cooler bag thingo from the Engel, ah well. I have cut some ply for the floor, tried a half, the drawer fits well, can;t get the spare to budge without lifting the whole box and dice up which sucks, so I am assuming I will be back to unpacking the rear if need be, which sucks balls.
I reckon if I can cut one side of that outer tub away I'd have just enough room to lift her out sideways, however I was ready to kick something and couldn't work out easily how she came out
