Default 31x10.5" sticking 1/2 inch from flare!!

Guys, i saw this awesome white tj today. It had 31x10.5 inch muddies that stuck out about a half inch from the flare. It looked friggen awesome and it'd be sweet cause i don't want to go to 33's but want the 'stick out from flare' look! What are the options to make this happen? Wheel spacers, offset rims? Just get 31x11.5"??? Must...know...more...looked...awesome...!!!

Mine did this when I went to 15/8's, that's why I went to 33/10.5 when I changed tyres so that I would still have the same look.

I think that it is not a great idea to go for the ''stick out from flare look''.
Flares are there to stop your tyres flicking up stones etc, stones flying out from a wheel are not that bad unless the object they hit is doing 60 k's and hour and results in a chipped windscreen and a pissed driver.
