Default Rear Right ABS Wheel Sensor replacement

Hi Guys,

I've destroyed my rear right ABS wheel sensor line. The harness holding the cable must have gotten loose and gotten jammed between the coils or bumpstop when I was offroad. My question is, is it worth trying to replace this myself? Rockauto has a rear set delivered for under $50. Is it easy to change over? I can see that to the wheel end is easy, but I can't see where the wire goes once it goes up behind the fuel tank.

And if anyone knows of any aussie suppliers...
I'll try and get jeep to change it under warranty but I HIGHLY doubt anything will come of that.

Thanks in advance

It's an easy change to do yourself. I got all a complete set from RockAuto for less than the supply cost of one here.

Worth trying the dealership. I stuffed one of mine when installing a lift kit at home and they did replace it under warranty.

Nah.., stay away from the stealership. It's a piece of piss.

Get Rockauto and screw it in, plug it in and zip tie it appropriately. $50 vs how much they're gonna screw you, unless you're still under warranty.

Ok so I spoke to dealer and realised quite quickly that it was going to be a pain in the ass. So I got a quote for the line and they quoted me $27... Pretty surprised as to how cheap it was coming from a dealership..

Does anyone have a part number for it just so i can check that they're quoting me the right part?

THanks

EDIT: I'm after the actual line and not the sensor

What was the outcome of this? I've just discovered a shredded wheel speed sensor wire and am going to have to chase up the dealer on Monday. I need the wiring harness for the left rear wheel. Has anyone got part numbers I can search? Rock auto doesn't seem to have what I'm looking for
