looking at buying a compressor for the car, am thinking the ARB twin compressor with the tank.
the compressor will be mainly for inflation but some air tools and blower as well

am thinking of mounting it in tho rear under the mat in the cargo area in that little well.

any tips, ideas and advice on mounting and photos of installs would be great,

and any other brad of unit recommended would be awsm,

The difference between theory and practice is, in theory there is no difference...

I've mounted my ARB (single not double) in the back too.. I bolted it on the side of the drawers.. keeps it nice and clean.. also keeps the locker solenoid out of the dirt

Buy quality upfront.... there are many knock off's that appear cheaper initially, but just don't perform well longer term.

Personally i HATE electric compressors as I've had many problems so i won't suggest brands. But... do it once - do it right.

it would be interesting to see different On-board Air setups.

I have been thinking about getting this kit (http://**************.com/ml7zly8) which includes a tank and the necessary components to convert my ARB portable air compressor to On-Board.

I'm getting ARB Lockers soon so it would be good to know how people hook up solenoids and other components.

If you know of other threads already that talks about this, let me know
