Default 2011 Grand problems

Just out of the 3 year warranty (Mid August), 40000 service done at 37000 (non Dealer) transmission serviced by dealer.
Now done 41314 due for service (6 Months). Mechanic found following problems
1 Rear sub frame bushes showing wear.
2 Transfer case front output seal weeping (moist).
3 LH side timing case weep mark.
4 Oil found on outside of sump (Gasket?).

These problems should not have occurred at such low KM, The vehicle has never been off road.
What is my best move to get these fixed ?, there is no reason that I can see why they should not be repaired FOC.
Would appreciate any suggestions regarding my next move.

Have you verified these oil leak/weap problems yourself? If not check and wipe clean the areas he noted and see if problem still exists ,(check TC not overfull )if they do then ring up FC customer service and complain. How is your mechanic determining subframe bushes are worn?

I have checked myself when car was on ramp, The frame bushes are showing fretting around the edges.

Your best bet is to take it back to the Jeep dealer to verify the leaks and bush problem. Then get the dealer to make a warranty claim ( plus make a complaint with FC customer service.)If disputed because its out of factory warranty does not mean you do not have redress. The new Australian consumer Laws cover disputes like yours. If there is one.!! Simply put engine shouldn't have so many leaks at those low klms.

Dealer inspected vehicle, (Ipaid), rejected rear mounts, transfer case seal sweating and timing case sweating, however determined that the sump oil leak was from poor machining. They submitted a claim to Chrysler jeep and received this response.
Claim rejected, remove sump inspect and resubmit claim, dealer advises $4000 repair, that's right 4k. I assume this includes the cost of a new sump, gasket and oil.
There is no guarantee that they will accept claim when sump removed.
I will ring Chrysler Jeep on Monday, but i am unsure what approach to take, any ideas will be appreciated.

Research your rights under Australian Consumer Law. The guide specific to vehicles is here: http://www.consumerlaw.gov.au/conten...icle_sales.pdf

It would be reasonably acceptable to believe that a relatively new car would not be leaking oil. You should also be able to claim the costs of your mechanic providing the report and the costs associated with the dealer inspection.
The dealer is also not allowed to palm you off to the manufacturer.
Minor faults should also be fixed within a reasonable amount of time.
Good luck.
