I will assume that the accelerometer for the XH's air bag deployment is in the transmission tunnel as per most other jeeps? If so then ADR compliance will have little effect other than to your hip pocket.
My bar is imported as are many others - so I'd say go for it. Just try to keep the bar design within within the general AU compliance guidelines and you'll be right.
