I have a '97 with a 2" lift and fitted longer links from Blackjack Welding (in Perth)

The Blackjack links are a bit longer to allow for the lift and a lot beefier - here is a comparo pic when I was swapping them over \/

I went with a Steinjager HD rear swaybar with adjustable quick disconnects, seems to be holding up well, the extra stiffness has made a massive difference on road and towing and is easy enough to disconnect when wheeling.
