Default OME front suspension problem ?
A year ago I had the OME front struts and 45mm lift springs fitted to my Diesel 2012 JGC. It was hard to estimate the total lift as the original front springs were sagging badly due to 130,000k on mainly bad dirt roads. I went for the hardest springs but is only fitted with alloy bar. Ground clearance was great and it didn't drag its guts on rough ground as much and it drove and handled a lot better.
Problem now is after another 20,000k the front left hand drive shaft and constant velocity joints has flogged out (surprisingly only $450 for complete assembly from JEEP) (ex Sydney tho and im in the West)
Im thinking along the lines that due to the lift the angle on the shorter left hand drive shaft was excessive and caused the damage?
Anyone else had this problem??

Im considering fitting lower springs.

I had a drive shaft go in my WH at 70000ks under warranty. Reason nearly complete lack of grease. Plus dust ,water rough roads all put extra loads on these cv joints. I wouldn't blame the lift
