Default Driver side seat adjustment

I find that i constantly need to adjust the seat height of my 013 jku every now and then as it drops height. Is this a common problem? Any fix to this?

I have this problem too... in my case (09 jk) i think the problem stems from sliding off the seat when exiting the vehicle (lift and bigger tyres minus side steps = fall out of car gracefully) being that the height adjustment lever sits close to the rim of the seat i tend to ever so slightly nudge it every time i get out.

kinda like the clock on the radio after a while it needs to be adjusted.

have a search on some of the US forums, i remember a post where one of the tricks was to take the lever off and reposition it further down at more of an angle although being a '13 i have no idea if this works for ur interior. some of the guys were just taking the lever off altogether. I just live with it... its a jeep thing

hope that helps and if you find a good solution let me know...

Yup - what he said! Butt hits the lever as you slide out every now and then knocking it a little lower each time

I am a short ass & had this problem with my 2012 model.
Dont think it was my ass hitting the lever & the dealer mentioned they had had a few issues with them.
Had the full seat assembly replaced under warranty (after a 3 month wait for the parts) then waited another 6 weeks for new plastic bits as they scratched the shit out of them getting the seat out..
All good now though

Yeah I think it's more the bolster being pushed down onto the lever and pushing the lever down a little bit every time you turn and climb out of the seat.

+lots.

Mine doesn't do it any more, though. Not since I somehow managed to strip where the plastic lever is moulded around the metal that lines up to the seat adjuster & just took the damned thing off...
