Default Get more mileage out of a tank?

Hey fellas,
Recently just brought a 2010 Jeep Cherokee Limited thats done 140k'kms and I was just wondering if there were any tips and tricks to get more km's out of a tank of fuel, or if there is any specific fuels that run well with the Jeeps.
I'm new to the Jeep community and I absolutely love the cars and definitely expected to not have the best fuel range but I am running at 18L/100km - 21L/100kms sometimes and I feel as though its a little bit too high as I am only getting an average 380kms on a tank of fuel.

If this is normal then my apologies but I just thought it would be a little bit more fuel efficient than that :P

Thanks again!

Hi, I get around 510km with a full tank with majority of freeway driving and around 450 with mixed driving and running Bridgestone duller A/T 235/70/16 at 41psi.
I tried running it on e10,91 and 98 but found 91 gave me best results.

Also I am 2"lifted with a big roof rack .

Kk's are known to have poor fuel economy. I try to drive within the green zone and don't do hard take offs, looking into getting it converted to LPG..

fairly sure I have the exact same set of wheels and I’m currently running them at 40psi
I’ve been filling it up with 91 as well, any other fuel is way to expensive currently anyways!

LPG would be helpful, I had LPG on my old car and it saved me so much money!

Cheers for the reply!

Throw some O2 sensor/s at it.
A new front sensor lifted my daughters 4.0L WG from 14.5L/100 average to now 11.6L/100kms, and when she is towing her horse and float it only climbs to 14.2L/100kms.
They do drift in calibration and this can have a significant effect on milage.
BTW use genuine sensor/s I see reports on overseas jeep forums they seem to get better results than aftermarket replacements.

I’ll take a look into it, might talk to a mechanic about it when I get it serviced!

Cheers for your help!

Hmm that does seem quite high, that's what I usually get when 4WDing in it!

I'm lifted, larger tyres, lots of added weight, and my average is ~15-16L in my daily grind back and forth on Brisbane's pacific motorway.

Yeah that does seem a little high. I've been keeping track of mine and previously was getting 12-13/100 stock with 18 inch rims mixed driving, now with 2.5 lift and larger tyres having gone down to 16 inch rims I'm getting about 15.5/100 average mixed driving. I'd get up to similar numbers as you when in 4wd. We're basically driving a box on wheels so aerodynamics are against us even with out the mods I guess.
