Default What size tyre is this?

Just picked up my JK wrangler and trying to work out what’s been done to it,

That’s the tyre size, what is that equivalent to in inches? And would that be on stick suspension or lifted?

It's just under 31 inches, and would fit on stock suspension. So if it looks like it fits, it is possibly not lifted. Generally IMHO if it's lifted with stock sized tyres it looks a little out of proportion. You would need to compare Centre of wheel to wheel arch distance and compare to either stock or known lifted jeep.
Now your modding fun begins 😊

Need to get calculator out
285 x2x 0.6/25.4 + 18 = ?

Or get tape out & measure diameter of the wheel/tyre.
