Pick them up tomorrow, whilst having a Sunday arvo free, thought id pull the offending glow plug cylinder 4 (front passenger side)
Interesting removing it, first 10 turns unscrewing were nice and loose unscrewing nice and free then the glow plug started getting a bit tighter, squeaking each turn.Wound it back in and out a few tines,Ended up mixing up a bit of atf and brake fluid and put a little down the thread plus a little wd40, came out nicely.
Had a look at it, looked pretty clean really, measured about .3 to .4 ohms so not sure what it is supposed to be.
As a matter of interest, the Jeep factory ones are Bosch and numbered as above.
Ive put the old one back until i get the new ones. Anyone know the Nm torque for the glow plugs. Read anywhere from 10Nm to 20Nm ?
