Default Upper Control Arm Bushes

I got some new upper & lower arms with bushes from Quadratech (as per gojeep recomendation) but am unsure how go about changing bushes on the diff for the uppers.
Do I need special tools or can I do it easily when I change the arms?
Still need to purchace the diff end bushes as well.

Had mine done by mechanic at the dealership I worked at, he used a custom made threaded puller, was a total pain in the arse, even broke the tool in the process. I paid bugger all for the labour but it took hours in the end.
Ive heard storys of less well equipped people burning them out etc.
The left hand one was extra hard due to limited access to get the tool up there, I normally do all my own work but this time I'm glad I wimped out and paid for the work.

I was able to give mine hard whacks with a ballpeen hammer and got them out. But I am pretty good shot with a hammer having been a blacksmith and boiler maker later too.

Mine were trashed at 200,000km, creaking, knocks under the floor when turning or reversing etc.
