If you do a search on this website and also I higly recommend to search on project jk website their is a wealth of info on replacing the OEM driveshafts to aftermarket driveshafts.

In summary our JK use CV style driveshaft which is perfect if you have not lifted your JK and only drive on roads with minor very easy offroad. But if you have lifted your JK 2" or more or especially if you have a 2 door JK with larger tyres etc you must change the driveshafts bec OEM tends to be very week and break leaving you stranded waiting for the tow truck.

In my opinion tom woods driveshafts are the best in the world with years of experience..
