How long is too long
Hi all,
new here and just thought I would ask how long you have been waiting or did wait for your new jlu, as I ordered mine back in March and it still hasn't arrived yet and starting to get frustrated, I ordered the willys edition in white and have had very little feed back from the dealership in regards to how much longer its going to be, I'm getting to the point of canceling and buying something else, has there been issues with suppliers to Jeep? or any other reason, please don't say co-vid

All cars are long at the moment due to chip shortages from what I understand.

If you cancel your order you will likely forgo your deposit and end up at the end of the order queue with another maker.

I’ve heard of up to 12 months for a Willy’s edition.

Anecdotally on the way to visit/check on my elderly father I drove past the huge importers yard in Altona north that pretty well holds all import vehicles coming to Melbourne. They are held in this yard on the way from the docks before being delivered to the dealers.
I have been going past this yard for years and it is almost always overflowing with new cars, but today it was almost empty, only vehicles in there appeared to be a few white delivery vans.
