Last O2 sensor I bought for my XJ was an NTK brand one. Apparently NTK supplied the Mopar sensors. Heard lots of stories of Bosch being a problem.
Anyway, as we always say, go Mopar, or equivalent for all sensors...

I learnt my lesson this time I took it to Barcaldine and it ran perfectly with the O2's disconnected

I fitted the new O2 sensors and it runs like a champ I have the replacment door lock so now let the cutting begin and get this door open on the 96.........
look at this piece of filth it is now in bodywork

I took the 99 to Barcaldine today 200 k round trip Perfect Perfect Perfect the over head Update brain tells me 10.5 to the 100 at 103 kph 98 temp charging and good oil pressure even the dog enjoyed the drive

Well it's been a while for some reason the link in my favourites would no work to get to the main page and I feared the site had gone Kaput But today I did a google and got here to the forum index but still cant load the main page?
In the XJ world the 96's door is finally fixed Both have got new batteries and I have to replace the brake master cylinder reservoir I got one from the jeep wreckers so thats all good The old one was so brittle you could put your finger through it nearly no brakes
The mad max cars have arrived and are so cool infact I bought a 3D printer they are cool
So both XJ's are alive and well

had to change the brake master cylinder reservoir the plastic was rotten off the charts expensive off rockauto if there was one in stock lucky i got one from the jeep wreckers so i have good brakes again on the 96

It's been a while folks I have moved house and the XJ's finally live under cover Both still running sweet and happy still unpacking and finding everything
