Looks good Steve, well done. You should get it powerdercoated though, colour-coded bars look great on Green XJs

steve. I wouldnt mind drawing this up on a CAD style program, then it might be easier for ppl to DIY their "Steve F" bumper. I can work off the info you have provided so far, but if you want to mention the length before the bends i could do that ?
Ps thanks for all this effort, made alot of jeepers happy and willing do get out the tools

Ok just did some measuring. Main bumper section is 85cm between the two bends near the mounts, then from there to the outer bend its 36cm.
The main mounting brackets are 50cm long each, with 10cm from the front two holes to the back of the main bar section. The main bracket is actually 130mm tall (5") and 6mm thick.
Lookforward to seeing how it looks in CAD.
Oh and under the bumper where the first two bends are are 6mm reinforcing plates, they are welded to the bumper and these sit on top of the brackets so the bumper itself is actually 6mm above the top of the brackets.
