I was able to fit a fuse and an isolator comfortably next to the original battery. Cables run under the carpet and come up under/behind rear seats where an anderson plug is fitted. Plan to place my second battery under the car behind the rear axle when I get around to having a box fabricated.

Mike are those bolts or tek screws holding the isolator to the side wall of the battery compartment?

Thnx Guys, this is a great thread for those of us with the car 'on the way'.
As my kids have now grown up and have trucks of their own, I am looking to mount the Waeco over the rear passenger seat to give me a bit more storage space in the rear cargo area, so to have the 2nd battery in the well under the passenger seat is a great solution.
I was going to put the deep cycle battery into a box on the floor of the rear passenger area.
Thnx again, Scott

Short self tapping screws with all holes pre drilled. I had the main battery out at the time and have an Aldi right angle drill/driver so access wasn't an issue.
Cheers,
Mike.

mlenser/David, do you have to remove or do something to the drivers seat to get access to the battery sufficiently?
