Hi Dave, here's some ideas as found on the Jeep Forums. It's a good read, from start of the thread to the end, but page 8 is the one with the winch bar. I really fancy the Brush Guard Style Grille Guard option with Horizontal Bar Headlight Protection.

Hope this helps a bit, and later on after the front bar is done & dusted and selling well, perhaps other projects like the rear bar and the rock sliders might be of interest to you too.
Cheers Vlad...

for an example of one of my bars look at double black offroads website. However the KK bar will be significantly different.
According to ADR's the fog lights need to be no more than 400mm from the outside of the car so they will be in the wings. I'll use the same crush cans and tow hooks I use on the JK bar. however everything else will be different to suit the KK.
No money will be asked for untill design is finished

ah yeah, i see what you mean, the modular one. I've seen one on a JK before, thats pretty good too, specially if the outer wings and top hoop are also removable. well we'll let you get on with the designs when you get a chance and take it from there. keep us updated mate.
Cheers Vlad...

Edit:
Thank you for the support Fletch, rolling the KK straight off the floor with a decent bullbar will no doubt be more appealing to the customer.

Dave I am not sure that this will interest you, but the KJ has nearly identical mounting as proven by the TJM bar, I myself don't need one, but it may open your market up if you can make it universal fit between the two. They both need cutting of gaurds and such to fit.
