most times I found its not software issue but the chip inside the ELM cable.
I hate these ELM cables and Bluetooth , I prefer a tool , and I have read there are a few that will read/clear errors from CRD, but as long as your engine light is not on , then take the battery off , clean the connection on the battery , L@@K at the module in the passenger side door , it also contains the antenna wire. and check the motors for the locks and wires that run up to the sensor to the drivers side key lock.

That's the only software that works. And you need an original ELM327 reader on Bluetooth or a clone on USB. Communication between PC and Bluetooth clones does not work.
Don't bother with any other software.
